Self-Pay Fee Schedules

Each insurance company’s credentialing process is lengthy and unique. It may take 4 months or longer to establish our practice as an in-network provider. We understand that all families want their children to be seen in the shortest amount of time. We are also aware that these are financially challenging times for most families. Our office is therefore offering a self-pay and two sliding-scale fee schedules for families of patients who need to be seen right away (within the next 1-4 weeks) and cannot wait for insurance companies to credential our office.

The first sliding-scale fee schedule is for families whose combined household income is less than $200,000 but greater than $100,000. The second is for families whose combined household income is less than $100,000. Please call our office for more information on our self-pay and sliding-scale fee schedules.
